HIP4083APZ Overview

In order to increase flexibility, the package PDIP is used.There is a package in the form of Bulk.Configuration is supported by 3 drivers.The configuration starts with 16 terminations.In this case, Through Hole indicates how the device is to be mounted.As a result, it is configured with 16 pins when it is designed.With a supply voltage of 12V, it is designed to operate.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be 300mA volts.125°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.Temperatures below -40°C are allowable as a minimum.For higher stability, the supply current should be kept at 2.5mA.For operation, it requires a voltage of 15V.This device operates at 7V as the minimum supply voltage.As a result, it outputs a 300mA current.In addition, JUNCTION TEMPERATURE FOR TEST can also be provided using a unique technology.
