HIP4083ABT Overview


There is greater flexibility with the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 3 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.By using 7V~15V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.A type of Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is based on 16 terminations.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 12V V.As its interface IC, HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.The component has 16 pins.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 95V.We can also provide JUNCTION TEMPERATURE FOR TEST on the basis of unique technology that we have developed.
