HIP4082IB Overview

The SOIC package provides greater flexibility.Initially, the configuration is composed of 16 terminations.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 16 pins.A supply voltage of 12V is required for operation.The interface IC of the device is FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 1.25A.A total of 16 pins are available for component connections.The basis has 4 integrated outputs.Temperatures greater than 125°C are not allowed.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of -55°C.If you want a stable supply current, you should keep it at 6.4mA.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 15V.Its minimum operating voltage is 8.5V.1.25A is the output current.The output voltage is 1.3V.
