HIP4080AIPZ Overview

A higher level of flexibility is provided by its DIP package.A packaging method of Bulk is used.4 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.The configuration is based on 20 terminations.The mount method is Through Hole.When the device is designed, it has 20 pins.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 2.5A.There is a maximum value of 85°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 15mA.For operation, the supply voltage of 95V is the maximum value.9.5V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.In this case, the current output is 2.5A.In this case, 11.5V is the output voltage.Mosfet driver ic is recommended that the maximum output voltage remain at 15V.
