HIP4080AIBZ Overview

Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the SOIC package.Gate drivers is package in Bulk case.There are 4 drivers installed for this device.20 terminations constitute its foundation.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.A total of 20 pins are available on the device.In addition, it is specifically designed to operate with a supply voltage of 12V.The interface chip of the system is FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is an output current limit of 2.5A for this device.There is a maximum acceptable operating temperature of 85°C.Temperatures below -40°C are allowed as the minimum.In order to ensure greater stability, it is recommended to keep the supply current at 15mA.This device operates at its maximum voltage of 95V.A minimum supply voltage of 9.5V is required for operation.Mosfet gate drivers is outputting a current of 2.6A.
