HIP4020IB Overview

In order to package H bridge, Tube is used.H bridge is included in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package as a cost-saving measure.Based on the supply voltage of 3V~12V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured.H bridge circuit is put into place in the way of Surface Mount.Motor driver H bridge is possible for -40°C~125°C TJ to operate normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are lots of uses for H bridge motor driver, including DC Motors, Relays, Solenoids, Stepper Motors.Full bridge also has a number of specific characteristics, including Status Flag.To terminate a transmission line with the H bridge whose characteristic impedance matches the line, 20 terminations are employed.To operate H bridge circuit, a voltage supply of 5V is required.H bridge circuit contains an analog IC type STEPPER MOTOR CONTROLLER.
