HIP2101IRT Overview

For greater flexibility, its 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package is used.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 9V~14V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -55°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 16 terminations.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.The board has 16 component pins.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 114V.
