HIP2101IB Overview


A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its SOIC package.Bulk represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.It's configured with 8 terminations.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.There are 8 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 2A that can be achieved.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.A maximum operating temperature of 150°C is permissible.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.To increase stability, keep the supply current at 3mA.When the supply voltage is 14V, it is at its maximum operation.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 9V must be applied.Mosfet gate drivers outputs a current of 2A at the moment.There is an output voltage of 400mV for this device.
