HI3-0201HS-5Z Overview

Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in CDIP. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Bulk. Total terminations are 16. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 1 channels. If the voltage supply is 15V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. The electronic part body is injected with 16 pins. There is 50Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. For functions related to 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Theswitch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. A voltage higher than 36V should not normally be supplied to the switches. Analogue multiplexers of the Dual, Single supply type that are cost-effective. For this multiplexer to operate, 4.5mA current would be sufficient. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 10mA. The analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs in total. 15V operating voltages are supported by the electronic component. Temperatures above 75°C should not be used to operate the switches. Drain to Source resistance is 50Ohm. It can conduct in a 4-bit manner.
