HEF4049BTD Overview
In the package, you will find a SOT-109-16-case to contain the op amp ic. During the past two weeks, there have been close to 16 terminations. This linear amplifier should be powered by an 5V battery. The op amp ic has an array of 16 pins on it. To operate this buffer amplifier, the temperature must not be lower than -40°C. A temperature greater than 85°C should not be used for the operation of buffer amplifier. The linear amplifier is packaged by using a BULK PACK axis. This electric component can work from a voltage of under 15V as far as supply voltage is concerned. A voltage of 3V or higher is recommended for the linear amplifier's supply voltage.
