HEF4046BPN Overview

Embedded in the PDIP package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 15V as a supply voltage. There should be a voltage supply above 3V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. There are a number of 16 pins that are available on the clock generators. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. In this case, the product is an analog IC and can be classified as a PHASE LOCKED LOOP-electronic frequency generator.
