GTLP18T612MEA Overview


Embedded in the 56-BSSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, it is used by many applications. It is packaged in a way that resembles Tube. A 18-Bit-circuit is used to provide its superior flexibility. Logic type Universal Bus Transceiver is used on this electrical device. As you can see from the image, this electronic component is mounted in a Surface Mount-direction. Operating temperatures should be higher than -40°C~85°C. As 24mA 24mA offers a high/low output current, it is versatile in terms of design. This is a type of FPGA from the 74GTLP series. Using 3.15V~3.45V as a supply voltage, it operates. It is also possible to terminate a transmission line with a 56 termination, which is where the transmission line is closed with a device that matches the characteristic impedance of the transmission line. In order to function normally, the supply voltage should be higher than 3.3V. This device is equipped with 56 pins. A 18-Bit electronic part was designed for this application. Transmission lines can be terminated with 2 terminations by using a device that matches the characteristic impedance. A maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is reached at 3.45V. It should be possible to exceed 3.15V with the supply voltage (Vsup).
