GHS 10-SME Overview


As a safety precaution, current sensors are placed in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. Tape & Reel (TR) protects the current sensors from damage. There should be 14mA maximum current supplied by these current sensors. Sensors with 8 terminations measure current. A voltage of 5V can be supplied while these current sensors are operating. Current sensors should have a 4.5V minimum voltage. A current sensor's voltage should not exceed 5.5V.
