FT8010MPX Overview


A total of 8 terminals are used to mount this power management. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Compared to other Reset Timer products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package.
