Power management is mounted through 6 terminals. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. IC management is packaged as a 6-UFDFN package. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Reset Timer products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be NOT SPECIFIED. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount.
