FGH40N6S2 Description
The FGH40N6S2 is a 600V, SMPS II Series N-Channel IGBT. The SMPS II FGH40N6S2, FGP40N6S2, and FGB40N6S2 are Low Gate Charge, Low Plateau Voltage IGBTs that combine a quick switching speed with a lower gate charge, a lower plateau voltage, and avalanche capability (UIS). The gate drive requires fewer power thanks to these LGC devices, which also reduce delay times. Low conduction loss, quick switching times, and UIS capability make these devices the best choice for high voltage switched mode power supply applications.
