FDMF6700 Overview


It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR).For cost-saving purposes, H bridge is included in the 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.In addbridge driverion, 6.4V~13.5V can be used to improve reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is mounted on Surface Mount.A normal operation of -55°C~150°C TJ is enabled by motor driver H bridges operating temperature.This tool is useful for a number of applications, including Synchronous Buck Converters.PCB mounting is performed using Surface Mount.Full bridge also possesses Bootstrap Circuit as a specific characteristic.In a signal interface, the 40 pins serve as pronged contacts.In addition to the FDMF6700 H bridge ic number, more related H bridge ics can be located by using its base H bridge ic number.When the ambient temperature reaches 25A, the maximum load current of the power supply is reached.Onput current at which output reaches 65A.Through the output and power supply pins, a current of 25A is flowing.It is equipped with outputs in the form of 2.The operating supply voltage is maintained at 12V in order to ensure high efficiency.
