FAN7390N Overview


For greater flexibility, the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Through Hole.A supply voltage of 10V~22V demonstrates its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.The device is specifically designed to operate at 15V volts.There are 8 component pins on the board.There can be a voltage up to 600V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
