For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Configuration is based on 1 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 10V~20V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -55°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.The board has 8 component pins.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 600V.
