FAN6520AMX Overview

In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 4.5V~5.5V volts and has 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a 0°C~70°C TA. It can switch at 300kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable is included in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. Various 8 terminations. This dc dc converter ic uses a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 5V. It is recommended that the dc dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage be 4.5V. The dc to dc regulator can only accept 5.5V input voltage. As a result, switching converter outputs current to the greatest value possible (1A).
