FAN5093MTC Overview


FAN5093MTC voltage regulator has advantages from low-noise, low-dropout, and a miniaturized design. The low dropout voltage as well as low quiescent current permit operation at very minimal power consumption. FAN5093MTC regulator is perfect to power noise-sensitive components, for instance, video, medical, or test and measurement application.


As a whole, it supports 1 outputs. In order to facilitate transportation, alternator regulator  is packaged in 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). The power regulator is ready for shipment in Tube. This power supply regulator has a general volatge output of 1.1V~1.85V. Its mounting type is Surface Mount. It is intended to be used in applications such as Controller, Intel Pentium? IV and others. To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C. This external regulator requires a voltage input of 12V. Search FAN5093 to find more pin-to-pin solutions. Mounting on PCBs or other boards is easy with the Surface Mount. 24pins are found on the power supply regulator. It is not suitable for temperatures below -65°C. Temperature higher than 70°C is not recommended. The external regulator should be outputting 50A at the moment. DC voltage regulators can operate at a frequency of 1MHz.
