FAN1655MX Overview

A total of 1outputs are supported by this voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) to facilitate transportation. We are ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. An output voltage of 1.1V~1.8V is provided by this power supply regulator. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. There are a number of applications targeted at Controller, DDR. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to 0°C~125°C to prevent malfunctions. This external regulator requires a voltage input of 2.3V~3.6V. There are 14terminals on the voltage regulator. Pinouts for the rectifier regulator begin at 14. This variable voltage regulator has the following extra characteristics: ALSO REQUIRES VDDQ SUPPLY 2V TO 3V. As the power regulator is supplied with a voltage of 2.5V, it can perform a wide range of demanding tasks. It uses a BUS TERMINATOR SUPPORT CIRCUITIC to interface with the rectifier regulator.
