FAN1655M Overview

The system supports a total of 1 outputs. In order to facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). It's ready to ship in Tube packages. The output voltage of this voltage controller is 1.1V~1.8V. This Surface Mount mount is universal and can be easily adapted. The shunt regulator is intended for use at Controller, DDR as well as other applications. To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature should be set to 0°C~125°C. This external regulator requires a voltage of 2.3V~3.6Vas its input voltage. The voltage regulator has 14terminals. The pinout of the rectifier regulator begins with the pins it has at 14. Here are a few extra features of this voltage regulator: ALSO REQUIRES VDDQ SUPPLY 2V TO 3V. When supplied with 2.5V, the power supply regulator can perform a wide variety of demanding tasks. To interface with this external regulator, the BUS TERMINATOR SUPPORT CIRCUIT IC is used.
