EPF8452ALC84-3 Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 84-LCC (J-Lead) package and X package. The LOADABLE PLD-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. Having 68 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. Logic blocks consist of 336 logic elements/cells. The supply voltage is 5V volts. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. The supply voltage of the device is 4.75V~5.25V , at which it runs. The FLEX 8000 series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the FLEX 8000 family of FPGAs. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within 0°C~70°C TA range. This device is equipped with 64 separate outputs, which makes it a very versatile device. There is an FPGA model contained in Tray in order to conserve space. In total, it has 84 terminations on each end. In order to find related parts, use the part number EPF8452 as a base. A total of 42 LABs/CLBs make up this FPGA array. The device runs on a 3.3/55V battery and requires no additional power supply to operate. The building block that forms the basis of the system contains 4000 gates.
