EPF10K50VRC240-1 Overview
A 240-BFQFP Exposed Pad package is provided with this component. FPGAs of this type consist of LOADABLE PLD components. A Field Programmable Gate Arrays-series FPGA part. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. Powered by a 3 V ~ 3.6 V supply voltage, fpga chips is able to operate at high speeds. The FPGA belongs to the FLEX-10K® series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of 0°C ~ 70°C (TA). In order to make this device as versatile as possible, there are 310 different outputs included. The RAM bits that are offered by this fpga chips are 20480. Related parts can be found by using its base part number EPF10K50. Fpga electronics contains 360 LABs/CLBs in an array. Powered by a 3.3 V power supply, it can be operated by almost anyone. Among its basic building blocks, there are 116000 gates that are included in it.
