EPF10K100GC503-4 Overview


The LOADABLE PLD-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. Having 406 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. The supply voltage is 5V volts. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. This device is equipped with 406 separate outputs, which makes it a very versatile device. In total, it has 503 terminations on each end. The device runs on a 3.3/55V battery and requires no additional power supply to operate. The building block that forms the basis of the system contains 100000 gates. This device has a pin count of 503 in fpga semiconductor. Fpga semiconductor consists of 4992 logic blocks (LABs). It usually uses a crystal oscillating at a frequency of 49MHz in order to do its work. It is possible to detect the status of an input signal by using 4 dedicated inputs provided on the output board. For this FPGA to operate correctly, the supply voltage must be greater than 4.75V. As a rule of thumb, the operating temperature should not exceed 70°C.
