EPC2LC20 Overview
The package uses a neat 20-LCC (J-Lead) interface.Packaging outside of Tube.Qualified to perform a variety of tasks within the 0°C~70°C environment.The In System Programmable programming language can be used to program it.The voltage fed to it is 3V~3.6V 4.75V~5.25V.Mounted in Surface Mount is this memory device.A data storage size of 1.6Mb is allowed.Search "EPC2" for related parts.The supply voltage is 3.3V.With different functions, 20 terminations can be used.FPGA is possible to use this memory device at a maximum voltage of 3.6V.Minimum voltage 3V is required for the device to work.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip like this is used for data storage.If reflow soldering is being performed, the temperature should not be higher than 220 when soldering should be reflowed.As a result of the SERIAL process, data is transmitted from this memory.In order for a memory chip to operate, it must not be subjected to a voltage greater than 0.05mA.Using a 12.5MHz frequency, this memory IC can work at high speeds.In order to obtain the best performance, it is recommended to use a 3.3/5V power supply.Therefore, IT CAN ALSO OPERATE AT 5V SUPPLY is included in order to better meet customer needs.A EPC series device, it belongs to the EPC family.There is a kind of Flash Memories in it.
