The package uses a neat 88-LFBGA interface.Packaging outside of Tray.Qualified to perform a variety of tasks within the -40°C ~ 85°C environment.The In System Programmable programming language can be used to program it.The voltage fed to it is ± 2.25 V ~ 6 V.A data storage size of 16Mb is allowed.Search "EPC16" for related parts.FPGA is possible to use this memory device at a maximum voltage of 3.6 V.Minimum voltage 3 V is required for the device to work.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip like this is used for data storage.As a result of the PARALLEL process, data is transmitted from this memory.In order for a memory chip to operate, it must not be subjected to a voltage greater than 0.09 mA.There is a 88-UBGA (11x8) device package available from the supplier for this part.In order to obtain the best performance, it is recommended to use a 3.3 V power supply.A EPC series device, it belongs to the EPC family.There is a kind of Flash Memories in it.
