EPC1441LC20 Overview
FPGA uses a nice 20-LCC (J-Lead) package that makes FPGA easy to use.External packaging for the Tube series.0°C~70°C license holder.OTP is the program that allows it to be programmed.This device is fed with a voltage of 3V~3.6V 4.75V~5.25V which is applied to it.There is a memory device mounted in Surface Mount position for this device.There is a limit of 440kb MB for the amount of data that can be stored.Look for "EPC1441" for other related parts.The supply voltage of the device must be 3.3V in order to operate correctly.There are different functions that can be applied on the 20 axis when it comes to terminating.As long as the maximum voltage of the memory device is 3.6V, then the memory device can be used.FPGA is imperative that the voltage of the device supply is at least 3V if the device is to work properly.An example of a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip can be seen in the picture below.The reflow soldering process should be done at a temperature no higher than 220.By using SERIAL-processing, data can be transmitted through this memory in a secure manner.The memory chip is allowed to operate at a voltage that is no greater than 0.03mA.I think it's important to point out that this is a memory IC that has a 10MHz frequency that can be operated at.There is a configuration of COMMON for the memory's I/O.A power supply that is rated at 3.3/5V is recommended for use with this product.Our product line now includes IT CAN ALSO OPERATE AT 5V SUPPLY in order to provide a better level of service to our customers.Among the EPC series of devices, it is one of the most popular ones.
