EP610LC-15 Overview


A PLCC package is provided with this component. FPGAs of this type consist of OT PLD components. This device features 16 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. An electrical supply voltage of 5V powers it. As a whole, it has 28 terminations. 28 pins are designed into the device. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it should be able to function as it should in terms of its specifications, as well as its capabilities. A 5V-volt supply allows designers to fully utilize its flexibility. As far as the maximum operating temperature of this module is concerned, it reaches 70°C. Operating temperatures should exceed 0°C. This device operates at a frequency of 83.3MHz in order to provide high efficiency. A maximum voltage of 5.25V can be supplied to it. As long as the supply voltage is at least 4.75V, it is able to work properly. A feature of this system is also called MACROCELLS INTERCONNECTED BY GLOBAL BUS; 16 MACROCELLS; 2 EXTERNAL CLOCKS, which gives it a unique characteristic. There are 4 dedicated inputs which are used to detect the status of input signals on the platform. Using EPROM memory, resources can be avoided conflicts and data can be stored efficiently.
