EP610LC-15 Overview

A PLCC package is provided with this component. FPGAs of this type consist of OT PLD components. This device features 16 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. An electrical supply voltage of 5V powers it. As a whole, it has 28 terminations. 28 pins are designed into the device.
