A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its SOIC package.Bulk represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.It's configured with 8 terminations.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.There are 8 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 15V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as NAND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 2A that can be achieved.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.A board with 8 component pins is available.A maximum operating temperature of 85°C is permissible.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.To increase stability, keep the supply current at 2.5mA.Due to its 15V power supply, it can solve power supply problems for an array of diverse applications.When the supply voltage is 16V, it is at its maximum operation.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 4.5V must be applied.Mosfet gate drivers outputs a current of 2A at the moment.The frequency of 10MHz can be used to improve efficiency.There is an output voltage of 16.5V for this device.
