The EFM32 Giant Gecko MCUs are the world’s most energy-friendly microcontrollers. The EFM32GG330F1024-QFN64T offers unmatched performance and ultra-low power consumption in active and sleep modes. EFM32GG330F1024-QFN64T consumes as little as 0.6 μA in Stop mode and 180 μA/MHz in Run mode. It also features autonomous peripherals, a high overall chip, analog integration, and the industry-standard 32-bit ARM CortexM3 processor performance. It is perfect for battery-powered systems and systems with high-performance, low-energy requirements.
