E-L6571BD013TR Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10V~16.6V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type RC Input Circuit.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number L6571.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 275mA.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.A high-side voltage can be set up to 600V (Bootstrap).To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 25mA.Based on unique technology, FLOATING LOAD DRIVER; UNDER VOLTAGE LOCKOUT CIRCUIT can also be provided.
