DS4305R+T&R Overview


An easy-to-use SC-74A, SOT-753 package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.61% tolerance.As a result, it outputs 5.2V voltage.Input can be entered into Adjustable forms.In the voltage reference ic, there are 5 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~125°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "DS4305".For applications with 1mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.For high-quality communication, there are 1 channels available.5.2V is its maximum output voltage.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 300mV.Due to the fact that the maximum input voltage of the part is 5.5V, users are recommended to limit the voltage accordingly.An input voltage of 4V~5.5V is common for the voltage reference ic.Ambient temperatures should not exceed 125°C.Despite its low operating temperature, it can still function at -40°C degrees Celsius.Voltage 0.3V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.As long as the voltage reference circuit is idle, 1.6mA is used.There is 2.1mA supply current flowing through the voltage reference circuit.In order to operate it, 2.1mA is the supply current.It requires at least 4V voltage to get the voltage reference ic to run, according to the record.There is 5.2V voltage higher than 5.2V that the voltage reference ic can send.There is SOT-23-5 device package associated with this voltage reference circuit's supplier.It is possible for parts to be damaged when the current exceeds 2.1mA.
