DS1813-10+T&R Overview
There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) Formed Leads functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Simple Reset/Power-On Reset line. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is attached to Through Hole. This power management has 3 pins. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 0 V for this power management. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5 V volts. A Through Hole mounting type is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C ~ 85°C (TA). As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Open Drain or Open Collector. There is a 40 µA supply current present in the power management. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 40 µA. A PMIC from the well-known EconoReset series of products is being offered here. As IC power of its architecture, this IC power has 1 outputs.
