DS1312S+ Overview
A package containing materials from Tube is provided. In order to save board space, it is provided in the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width). As a type of Nonvolatile RAM, it provides high quality and reliable performance. Setting the operating temperature to -40°C~85°C is recommended. Normal operation of 4.75V~5.5V requires the supply of voltage. The mount is constructed using the Surface Mount technique.
