DS1233AZ-15/TR/C17 Overview


There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-261-4, TO-261AA functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Simple Reset/Power-On Reset line. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. This power management has 4 pins. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1.2V for this power management. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Open Drain or Open Collector. There is a 50μA supply current present in the power management. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using DS1233A, the base power ics number. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 50μA. A PMIC from the well-known EconoReset series of products is being offered here.
