DS1100U-40+ Overview


For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. By using the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature is -40°C~85°C.
