DS1100U-40+ Overview


For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. By using the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature is -40°C~85°C. Taps and steps are configured with 5. The use of related parts with the same base part number DS1100 is universally preferred for a wide range of applications. At DUAL, the terminals are located. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 8 terminations. When operating, 5V receives a supply voltage. It uses the logic type SILICON DELAY LINE.
