DS1005S-75/T&R Overview


As a cost-effective packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 4.75V~5.25V due to the supply voltage. As its mounting type, Surface Mount is used. It operates at a temperature of 0°C~70°C. The device has been configured with 5 taps and steps. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number DS1005. Mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The arrangement of 16 pins is designed into the device. Device package 16-SOIC is that of its supplier. To ensure proper operation, an operating temperature of 70°C should be maintained at all times. In order to maintain optimal performance, it is recommended that the operating temperature be kept at 0°C. In addition, it is capable of supporting a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V. The minimum supply voltage supported by the device is 4.75V.
