DP8421AV-25 Overview

Tube has packaged it with its materials. For the purpose of saving board space, it is provided in the 68-LCC (J-Lead). In this case, it is an extremely reliable and high quality type of Dynamic RAM (DRAM). Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C. The voltage required for its normal operation should be provided by 4.5V~5.5V. It is mounted according to the Surface Mount technique. To prevent reflections off of the end of the transmission line, there are 68 terminations. There is a voltage supply to the device of 5V. The pins are configured as 68. It is based on the component with the lowest tolerance for high temperatures that we determine NOT SPECIFIED's reflow temperature limit. An integrated unit is designed to work with MEMORY CONTROLLER, DRAM as its uPs/units/peripheral ICs.
