DM74AS240WM Overview


The 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is neat. In order to package this voltage buffer, the Tube external package is used. A supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is applied to this network transceiver to supply it with power. Buffers such as this one are designed to operate at temperatures as high as 0°C~70°C TA. In both the high and low logic states, it outputs 15mA 64mA. Digital buffer is capable of handling 3-State outputs. We use all 2 elements. One of the 74AS series network transceivers. As long as the electronic component is in the quiescent state, it uses 24mA. When running the electronic part in a circuit, it is recommended that users apply 5V supply voltage.
