DG445DY-E3 Overview

Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. Total terminations are 16. The analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs in total. It is possible to operate 4 inputs. Drain to Source resistance is 50Ohm.
