DG417BDY Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. Total terminations are 8. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 1 channels. If the voltage supply is 15V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. The electronic part body is injected with 8 pins. A SPST - NC switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. There are 1 circuits in this multiplexer. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 7V. 20V operating voltages are supported by the electronic component. Drain to Source resistance is 35Ohm.
