DG413DJ Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. In Through Hole, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. Total terminations are 16. The electronic part body is injected with 16 pins. A SPST - NO/NC switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. There is 35Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. For functions related to 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Theswitch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. A voltage higher than 36V should not normally be supplied to the switches. Analogue multiplexers of the Dual, Single supply type that are cost-effective. 13V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. For this multiplexer to operate, 100pA current would be sufficient. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 1?A. If put voltage greater than 22V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 7V. It is possible to operate 4 inputs. Drain to Source resistance is 25Ohm.
