DG412LDY Overview


Packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 1:1. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. There are 16 terminations totally. 16 pins are injected to the electronic part body. These analog multiplexers are built based on SPST - NO switching circuits. This digital multiplexer has 17Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 12V. A cost-effective Dual, Single supply type analogue multiplexer. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 2.7V. If put voltage greater than 1?A on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 6V. You should attach at least 3V voltage if you are using dual power supply. This analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT output. The electrical component supports 4 inputs.
