DG409LDY Overview

Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 4:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. Total terminations are 16. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 4 channels. The electronic part body is injected with 16 pins. A SP4T switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. Theswitch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. A voltage higher than 12V should not normally be supplied to the switches. Analogue multiplexers of the Dual, Single supply type that are cost-effective. 2.7V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 500?A. If put voltage greater than 6V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 3V. It is integrated with DIFFERENTIAL MULTIPLEXER analog ICs. It is possible to operate 8 inputs. Drain to Source resistance is 30Ohm.
