The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 5V. 75?A current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 20V. You should attach at least 4.5V voltage if you are using dual power supply. The electronic component can function from 28V.
