DG333ALDW-T1-E3 Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 2:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. Total terminations are 20. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 4 channels. If the voltage supply is 15V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. A SPDT switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. There are 1 circuits in this multiplexer. Try searching with DG333 if you're looking for variants. There is 75Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. For functions related to 20 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Theswitch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. A voltage higher than 40V should not normally be supplied to the switches. Analogue multiplexers of the Dual, Single supply type that are cost-effective. 5V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. For this multiplexer to operate, 1μA current would be sufficient. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 1μA. If put voltage greater than 22V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 4V. Drain to Source resistance is 45Ohm. The analogue multiplexer has 8 outputs.
