DG307AAK Overview


Packed in 14-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. This analog switch is mounted in Through Hole. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 2:1. Extended operating temperature around -55°C~125°C TA. There are 14 terminations totally. With a 15V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. 14 pins are injected to the electronic part body. These analog multiplexers are built based on SPDT switching circuits. This multiplexer is composed of 2 circuits. This digital multiplexer has 50Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 14 pins functions. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 36V. A cost-effective Dual, Single supply type analogue multiplexer. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 13V. If put voltage greater than 10?A on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 22V. You should attach at least 7V voltage if you are using dual power supply. The electronic component can function from 15V. 4 outputs are included in the analogue multiplexer.
