DG300BDJ Overview


As the electronic part is packed in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), international shipping is convenient. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tube. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 13V. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 1mA, damage can occur. Despite this switch device's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 22V. It is recommended that you attach at least 7V to your dual power supply. 15V operating voltages can be used with this electrical part. Operating the 2 inputs requires 2 inputs. It has a Drain to Source resistance of 50Ohm ohms.
